Where we ship
We ship across India. International shipping isn't available yet.

How long it takes
Every order is made to order and packed by hand, so it's not quite instant.

• Making and packing: 3 to 5 days after you order
• Delivery: 3 to 5 days for metros, 5 to 8 days for the rest of India

Delivery times are estimates. Weather, festivals, and courier hiccups can add a day or two.

What it costs

• Orders above ₹500: Free shipping
• Orders of ₹500 or less: Flat ₹60 shipping, shown at checkout

Who delivers it
We ship through Shiprocket, which works with courier partners across India. The courier is picked based on your pincode and what gets there fastest.

Tracking your order
Once your order leaves us, you'll get an email and an SMS with a tracking link. If you haven't received it within 48 hours of ordering, check your spam folder, then write to us at theogcornerstore@gmail.com.

Wrong address? Missed delivery?
Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. Couriers try to deliver 2 times. If they can't reach you, the parcel heads back to us, and we'll have to charge a reshipping fee.

Arrived damaged?
It happens, and we're sorry. Send us an unboxing video within 2 days of delivery at theogcornerstore@gmail.com, and we'll make it right. Our returns policy has the details.
