Returns & Refunds

Every piece here is printed to order, just for you. That's the fun part. The less fun part: once it's printed, it can't go back on the shelf. So we can't take returns or exchanges on items that arrive in good shape. That includes a change of heart, size surprises, and "it looked bigger in my head."

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, that's on us, and we'll fix it.

Something's not right? Tell us fast.
Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If something's off, write to us at theogcornerstore@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery. The delivery date shown in your tracking link is day one.

Please include your order number and a short video of you opening the package, showing the item and what's wrong with it. We need proof so we can sort it out quickly. Claims without proof, or sent after 2 days, can't be covered. We know that sounds strict, but it's the only way we can be fair to everyone.

Print variations aren't defects
Every piece is 3D printed, so small differences in colour, texture and visible layer lines are normal. They're part of how these things are made.

Personalised or custom items
These are made just for you, so they can only be returned or exchanged if we got something wrong, like a misspelt name or the wrong design. As with everything else, please tell us within 2 days with proof.

Replacements
If we confirm the problem, you choose: a replacement or a refund. Since each piece is made to order, a replacement takes 7 to 14 days to print and dispatch.

What we can't take back

  • Items that arrive in good condition
  • Sale items
  • Items reported after the 2-day window

Refunds
Send us your claim and proof, and we'll tell you within 7 business days whether it's approved. If it is, your refund goes to your original payment method within 15 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take a few extra days to show it.

If 15 business days have passed and there's still nothing, write to us at theogcornerstore@gmail.com and we'll chase it.
